Operating from our purpose built factory and offices in Erith, Kent; we can undertake a comprehensive range of manufacturing techniques, coupled with our nationwide delivery service. Whether our customer’s requirements are small intricate 1off items, bespoke projects, mass-produced production runs or specialist fabrications, at Mechanical and Ferrous Ltd we have the ability and capacity to accommodate your needs. 

We hold a comprehensive stock of ferrous and non-ferrous materials, which include: -
Mild Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminium, Brass, Copper, Bronze, Nylon, P.T.F.E, Tufnol and Perspex, to list but a few.

If your required materials are not listed above, then fear not, as materials that are out of stock can be sourced from our vast list of supplier’s.

Our current machining capabilities include: - Centre lathe turning, CNC Turning, Milling, CNC Milling, Spinnings and Laser Profiling.

On the fabrication side we are able to: - Weld to coded standard Mild Steel, Aluminium and Stainless Steel. We also specialise in Brazing, Silver / Soft Soldering, Guillotining and Folding.

We can also offer a range of surface treatment and finishes including: - Polishing, Powder coatings,   Zinc / Tin plating and glass beading.

We don't deal exclusively with large clients.
